Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Replacement Window

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with brand packaging and accessories included.

2. Transit Damage or Wrong Item

In the unlikely event that an item arrives physically damaged or is different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a priority replacement or issue a 100% full refund with zero return fees.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original source of payment (UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5–7 business days.
